Q: daughter (age 20)diagnosed CD re: endoscopy. husband and wife gene test and CD panel negative. both sons CD panel negative. one son gene test positive. Is it possible parents do not carry the gene.

Since the tests states that me and my husband don't carry the genes associated with celiac disease, how can my daughter have active celiac disease and how can my son carry the genes associated with celiac disease?
