If you have a computor go to Eli Lilly prescription help. There you will find a place to sign up & they will send you material for you to get your doctor to help you fill them out for every drug you take. The US Govt will send you 3 different cards to help with the cost of your drugs. I reached my cap in July from my insurance co & I did not have the money to buy my medicine so I signed up for these & when I went to get medicine I gave them all 3 cards & they figured out which one gave me the most off & it was a lifesafer for me.I am a retired senior citizen living on social security  &  have several health problems with 16 drugs & 4 of them are brand name & have no generic for them. I hope this information will help someone.
