hi,   Can you seek the help of a dietician and/or personal trainer? Some kind of support team or group that will help you along the way?   Losing weight is not a quick and easy thing. When you're setup on the right track, watching what you eat EVERY DAY, consistently eating 5 to 6 meals of about 300 calories every three to four hours, and exercising at least three times a week, you will gradually lose weight. If you're in search of a quick weight loss, you're going to continue to disappoint yourself.   Whether or not you're taking your insulin, it IS about your health. Healthy habits will lead to weight loss.   Do you overeat when you're upset? Stressed? Do you starve yourselve for most of the day and then eat too much at night, a binge?   I'd love to help you more if you could tell me more about what your habits are like now?   -Ginger
