how do you feel when it is 80? Shaky, sweaty? I think all people with diabetes are different. I can tell you when I was in the hospital recently for eight days, that when they tested my sugar levels, any number below 80 they brought me in juice and cookies. I get shaky and sweaty when it drops below 70 and really bad when sweating when it drops below 50. keep track of your numbers in a log book and what you ate and when you were 80 to see if there is a pattern. take your log book to your doctor the next time you see him and have him go over your numbers.
