Q: cinnamon is good to help lower bs i need suggestions on how to get it in a every day diet

Hi Dim,

 

There have been studies on this, albeit some less conclusive than others, and adding it to oatmeal, etc. is one way to go. You can also take cinnamon capsules, which you'll find at Vitamin Shoppe, etc.

I think that cinnamon really does help - I sprinkle it on my oatmeal in the mornings and also take capsules called "Cinsulin," which you should be able to get at any vitamin store. Stir cinnamon into your coffee or tea, if you drink it, and eat cinnamon toast for a sweet snack occasionally!
