I don't have diabetes myself, but I would like to do my science fair project for school on diabetes. I would like to learn more about it because I know of a few people who have it! I was wondering if there was a science fair idea that anyone could tell me about! It would have to be fairly easy and not require lots of diabetic supplies past the basic testing meter and stuff!! Thanks! :-)

yeah i have type 1 and i am doing a project on it. i have found one that suggested asking the question, "is type 1 diabetes more common in kids than adults? if so, why?" i am thinking about doing a project on that, or maybe something similar. i recommend avoiding project ideas that include changing your normal day-to-day schedule (eating, checking your blood sugars, etc.) because i don't think you would like to have different blood sugar numbers just for a project..... i hope you found that helpful!! :)

yea i need one too...im doing a science fair project about this........and i need someone to give me something about diabetes...............or maybe like a topic relating to diabetes........................=)

Yah, I have diabetes type 1 and I thought of a few. Which blood glucose meter is more accurate? Blood Glucose versus exercise and diet. Those are just a few ideas that I have run across.

Yea one I came up with is the amount of time you do something on how it effects your blood sugar. I have never tried it before
