Hi Cammie, Using U500 insulin in your pump instead of U100 is not simple, so you've really gotta educate yourself on the conversion amounts before you do this. Have you spoken with your endocrinologist? I'm sure your doctor or a Diabetes Educator could help you figure out your dosages precisely. I did find this chart on the conversion, but I'd highly recommend you go over it with your doctor, too. Ginger
