Q: Is the use cinnamon useful controlling sugar?

I have been told that cinnamon is helpful in reducing blood sugar? Is this true and if so to what extent?

ive supplemented with cinnamon and didnt notice any change in my blood glucose level, however, there is an herb they sell in capsule form called gymnema sylvestre that over the course of a few weeks definitely begins to lower your blood glucose Reply
