i need to loose wight

i have a little more wieght than i need but i have no access to a gym and i cant use diet pills. i need a way to loose weight with out machines. it is to cold to walk since the normal temp where i live is below 0.

i hate it..

i was diagnosed with diabetes when i was four. i almost had to spend christmas in the hospital, but thank god i didnt. im fourteen now, and ten years later, my diabetes is STILL out of control. being the right bloodsugar is a celebration for me. but i think only people with diabetes can TRULY understand how it effects us emotionally or whatever....
