I've actually had the pleasure of meeting Bret Michaels twice! Once at a concert and again in Chicago. He is a great advocate for this disease. I'm proud he's on our team in bringing funds and awareness to change things for everyone. Being a diabetic using pump therapy it's been a rough road, but he actually took the time when I met him in Chicago to really talk to me. A very special man.
