Thanks Dr, i am so greatful for your answer and i have learnt a lot and the importance of taking insulin sometime before eating.

 Hi,

I have been a Diabetic for 52 years.

Itake neutral and isophane insulin.

Morning and evening about 10-15 minutes before i eat.
