Friday, October 05, 2007 at 09:03 AMWhat are your suggestions if you are not currently on any diabetes medication? I'm controlling mine with diet and exercise. Do I need to be put on medications during the time I would take prednisone? And if so, is there any problem with starting and stopping those medications?

are topical steroids used for local dermatitis or oral lesions just as likely to cause glycemic variation as systemic steroids?
