I was a little confused by your statement, Tina! You're trying to add nutritious foods? What kinds of foods do you like? What healthy foods have you tried that were just not doing it for you? Can I make any suggestions of how I've made some seemingly boring yet healthy foods taste actually quite delicious as well as leaving me full and satisfied?
