Hello and thank you for your comments about chia seed. I found that eating whole chia seed, got stuck in my teeth and was rather unpleasant. I found a company that sells a product called Running Food Micro-Milled Chia Flour that is chia seed milled into a fine powder and I can sneak it into my kids food and it is very pleasant to add to just about anything.
