i am a 14 year old 8th grader and i babysit for 2 kids after school every day and sometimes on the weekends and the 6 year old is diabetic, i dont have diabeties but i agreed to be trained and everything works fine. I dont agree with charging more, thats discrimination. I charge my normal 5$ an hour for one kid and 7 for 2 kids.

Well its certainly not discrimination, as that doesn't fit the definition of discrimination. It is a specialized skill you have, a unique skill and ability, and you are responsible for something major and dangerous and important; therefore you would be understandably able to charge more for this skill. If you choose not to, that is your choice, it isn't sensible business-wise, but it is your choice and certainly considerate to the family who is trusting you to handle their 6 year old's chronic illness. People in business who have specialized skills and training are generally paid more. Period.
