I love all types of chocolate but for a regular quick and easy fix I but the 45oz party size bag of Peanut M&M's. Being that I am type 1 I probably should try to wean myself off the m&m's but I can't nor will I!!! Approx 19 pieces makes a serving according to my scale. I am totally with you on how hard it is and if you are eventually successful please share your secret!

Since I could remember far back into my childhood, I've had a horrible sweet tooth.   I especially love milk chocolate candy and cake with thick frosting.    I feel like an alcoholic, the sweet craving overpowers me.   If I'm going on a long walk, I will eat something sweet anyway, because if not, my sugar will drop.   Overall, my only defense is NOT to buy a sweet; it's easier to by-pass the sweets and not have it around to tempt me.
