We have a bakery near my office that makes gluten free cupcakes, cookies and scone and all are awesome! So nice to hit a cafe that sells gluten free!
Some of the gluten free pastas I would never guess the difference. However, I have had some that disintegrated. Very much trial and error!
I love websites like Celiacchicks and glutenfreegirl.com for recipes! Yum!
