Hypertension is high blood pressure. the normal pumping action of the heart generate in the blood a fluid pressure sufficient to force it round the circulation .in hypertension, this pressure is too high for the body's normal needs.

Hypertension throws a strain on the heart ,which has to pump harder to get the blood round the body .it also gradually damaged the small blood vessels in the kidney and the eyes .a cycle of events may develop in which the kidneys, damaged by high blood pressure ,cause the pressure to rise even further .this need further attention .

Exercise can also lower your blood pressure and help in keeping at large any coronary artery disease. apart from hypertension ,other factor that contribute to coronary heart dieses are smoking ,obesity ,high cholesterol level stress and diabetes .if you have diabetes ,you will do you're your utmost in your capacity to avoid the other contributing factor for coronary artery disease.

High blood pressure should be carefully controlled in diabetes in order to prevent a stroke, a strain on the heart, damage to the kidneys, retina and arteries. Some anti hypertensive drugs can worsen diabetes, while some can increase the blood flow to the lower limbs, or even cause impotence.

Cholesterol is a substance present in the body, brain and the other tissue though out the body, as well as in many foods. The body, chiefly in the liver and the adrenal glands, manufacture it .chemically it is a steroid.

Exercise and diets may help to reduce the high cholesterol content in you body. In some case, a significant rise in the quantity of cholesterol in the blood precedes the appearance of these deposits. The deposits attract compounds of the calcium, which also thickens the walls of the arteries, and make them hard and inelastic.
