Required reading: Good Calories, Bad Calories

Good Calories Bad Calories would be an ideal basis for a continuing education course for health care professionals, starting with all diabetes educators. What Taubes shows, meticulously and methodically, is how accumulating medical research points towards Dr R K Bernstein's ultra low carb principles. I hope Taubes' book will stimulate some major reassessments and more openmindedness about 'alternate' nutritional principles in the medical field.
