I work different hours of the day and night, most often starting work at 3am. It is therefore hard to maintain regular eating patterns, and I will see the results in my glucose readings.

I have taken to bringing food with me in my car.

It takes some amount of thought and planning, but I can see a difference. I will bring oatmeal ( hot water in a thermos), string cheese, wheat bread, peanut butter, stuff that will keep my energy levels high, or at least level.

I am also starting to experiment  with not drinking so much coffee, as I can see that it elevates my glucose.

    good luck to youKiss
