Thank you for your answer to my question about my 70 year old dad. I didn't know how to reply other than to create a SharePost. He does have terrible trouble breathing & both ankles are swollen & discoloured although his girlfriend is doing a great job of keeping the areas as healthy as possible. In answer to your question there are 14 pounds in a stone. I have passed your advice on & will continue to gently nag my dad to not give up & into trying new ideas.
