Yesterday I woke up and I felt bad.  Not unbearably bad, but not quite right.  I felt a bit dizzy, and a bit disconnected with the world around me.  My fasting BG was a little on the high side (6.3 or 113.4), but not high enough for me to be able to tie it to the way I was feeling.  I thought I would feel better as the day progressed, but things didn't really improve, and I started having passing stomach cramps too.

My current suspicion is that it's due to my allergies (the ones that resulted in me being put on cortisone and thus developing diabetes) playing up.  Again.  I'm on a cortisone based nasal spray, but it's barely making a difference.  I have an appointment with the ear nose and throat specialist next week Friday, so hopefully he'll be able to help me.  I'm tired of feeling like this.
