My daughter has type 1 and we just switched over to the pump and her numbers are incredible. There are so many better ways to manage her insulin (basil rates) that we are move than happy with the results. There are a lot of companies that offer pumps as well as great companies that sell either pump packs (pumpwearinc.com) or a company that sells dresses/apparel for girls with pumps (alana-mireilleapparel.com) that conceals the tubing and the pump. The pump is the way to go for us and has made a huge difference in our daughters life. She was diagnosed when she was 4 and now at the age of 6 her numbers, attitude and life our much better with the pump. Good luck to you.
