Snack Cake that Everyone Can Enjoy

I agree with Nancy.  A friend of mine found out about these cakes and brought them to my attention because my mother-in-law was discovered to be diabetic not that long ago and she hates all the desserts that use artificial sweeteners because she doesn't like the horrible aftertaste.  I bought some from their website and tried them with her.  She's hooked.  Her favorite is the banana, mine is the chocolate and lemon. I have to say, I couldn't believe how good these cakes were.  Much more than I'd expected.  I've recommended them to some other foodie friends and they're not even diabetic!

The sweetener in this product is fructose, and fructose can raise triglyceride levels. The occasional taste of fructose won't hurt, but I wouldn't eat a lot of it.
