I would suggest talking to friends or someone from church to see who they use for a doctor or calling the hospital in your area for a referral list of doctors.
I am not an expert but I have experienced the same and was diagosed with carpal tunnel back in the early 90's. Today there are other medical issues that can cause the same symptoms. Diabetes, Heart Problems and so on.
Insurance coverage also can very state to state. Have you checked where you work? Do an online search there are many compainies. Also call your local insurance agent and see if there company offers health insurance.
