    I have mentored before but always through organizations. How do I find people to mentor? I live in a small town in Ohio.

    Ray,

    For people like you and me, living in a small town, the way to go is virtual mentoring. I mean by that mentoring people with problems that you know how to deal with that you come into contact with on the Internet. The best way that I know is through forums or discussion groups of people with similar interests -- and answering their emails. That's what I try to do for people with diabetes.
