This is an extraordinary post. It is well written and contains many truths borne of your experience. Thank you for your insight and wisdom. You seem to gain in understanding and perception of what is really important in our lives. I read this just before I went out for a short walk among the redwoods. I will take with me your words on meditation and apply them now. It is amazing that when we need to be reminded of what is essential the right person shows up. Thank you David for often being that person.
