The bottom line is - diabetics SHOULD test frequently. The problem is the cost and that many people for this reason cannot do it. Then we must log our data in such a way that we can see patterns in our results. What good does it do to see that our results are bad if we cannot figure out a way to improve them? A good logbook, with ALL the elements that affect our diabetes noted is the only way to improve values. That is what I think. I have had diabetes for 45 years!
