What a great discovery and growing reality you have revealed. I have discovered the power of meditation and how it has added to my body comfort and mental relaxation. It is sad that most of us get entangled by the crass commercialism of modern medicine. We need to take advantage of yoga which is the most valuable inheritance of the present. I feel yoga is the essential need for today to maximise our own ability to feel good and fight diseases. Yoga must be made the culture of tomorrow,lest we become victims of countless drugs that will harm more than do good to our bodies. I have myself benefitted by yoga and I can vouch for it.
