    This really speaks to eating a diet with lots of variation. Broccolli, raw, stirfried, lightly cooked French style, longer cooked Italian style. All good, all different, probably better to eat it all ways.

    There has always been a thought that there is something in the Italian diet (and other mediterranean countries) that adds to their life longevity. Perhaps the preparation of food is a small step towards finding that life prolonging secret?
