        I really needed this article. It's Snowy here in Ohio and I have bronchitis and I am having a major pity-party. 

         I am going to put on a couple of dvds, take the coats off of the treadmill and get busy.

     

         I know by summer the dvd's will have run their course so I am also going to grab the camera, backpack some hiking food, and get to movin'.

     

         My outdoor goal is to rev-it-up to the point I can join some of the International Hiking clubs and go to Italy.  A diabetic friend, as a result of reading your articles, got joined a National Geographic camera club as a means of keeping the fun in the walk.
