What blood sugar tracking software will read the Accu-chek meters automatically, no manual entering? Thanks!

I did try the dHealth network, created an account. But on the first try it failed to recognise my valid blood glucose reading of 3.8 Mmol/l on entering. For me it is realy too much trouble te convert every reading into mg/dl. Nicely tried, but they still need to do a lot of work on this.

I had been using this site for several month.  I really like it.  My problem is that I can't seem to logon anymore.  No matter which link I use to get to the site, I get error messages or comments about the site being down for scheduled maintenance.  I have never heard of scheduled maintenance taking months! Does anyone know the status of this site?

Thanks for your message. I just heard from them. They say that "Our dHealth partner is rethinking their strategy - so they have decided to suspend the service until things are resolved. Fullpower is continuing development of our technology. We will let you know when we have new things to announce."

David,  Thanks for checking on this.  I hope they decide to continue the site.  It was the best place I have found for tracking all my statistics.  Unfortunately, I had discarded some of my other records since I had entered the the data on this site.  I hope my old data is available again when they bring this site back online.

    Dear Karla,

I just contacted the IT head at the company, Pandu Rudraraju, who told me that if you have records on the site that you would like to retrieve, send your username or email address to pandu.rudraraju@fullpower.com so that he can create an Excel file of your records and send them to you.
