    Glad I ran across your blog, that was a great recap.  I am helping with posting some material online from ADA myself, but its very scientific and technical.  So your recap made better sense to a tech guy that doesn't have diabetes.  Also reminds me that maybe I should exercise a bit more myself, especially with that hilarious cartoon.

    Amazing that exercise stuff.  I feel so much better even if my bgs result is a high bloodsugar, funny how that works.
