Dave,
I know you have stopped taking byetta, but could you let us know if there was any mention of the drug at the ADA? I have been on it for almost 2 years and was wondering if there is any new information about the long term effects. Or any new news about it.
Thank you,

Bionime meters

I did some Web searching on the lesser-known meters; according to the user's manual, the currently-available-in-US Bionime GM300 states that it uses DIABASS software and comes with the connection kit in the box. It uses a humongous (for today) 1.4 microliter sample size.
I went looking for the GM100 (had to go to the global site). Sadly, according to the info flyer, the sample size has not gone down any.

That sample size information is correct and 1 microliter is the standard today. When I review the Bionime meter I will write more about it and mention forthcoming meters from them that do have a much smaller sample size.
