Yours truly
Monday, November 02, 2009 at 04:42 AMDo not in any way shape or form have either of the above 'Shots' unless you like the possability of becoming ill. Take several steps - one at a time - towards eating a raw food diet, strengthen your immune system by reading about the immune system and what water ionisers can do to strengthen your ability to resist damaging enzymes in your body. Listen to and watch important CD/DVD evidence, supplied by varos well known advocates of good health practices. We have one person who can assist in our general well being - God. Take Him on board and be 'guided' towards the correct people to listen to or, speak to directly - email is great, as also is the web! Read articles that you are directed toward and understand the importance of: Metabolic Typing' to 'find' your answer for your condition, ok? After all, we are all independant persons that do not answer to the same method/s towards being cured. God bless you. Peter

What is the evidence that having diabetes means our immune system is compromised?
It's my understanding that it's having uncontrolled diabetes, i.e., high blood glucose levels, that results in a compromised immune system.
I almost never get colds these days (although I have one now after a vacation and long plane ride).
