Boy, do I fit the profile. May I assume you are writing about D3? Many thanks for your help over the years, even though you don't know it.

Yes, like most people, vitamin D3 seems to be a better and more natural form than vitamin D2.

 

The box "I am a registered user" means that you have registered for the site, i.e. created a profile and can write shareposts.
