What is Palmar Fasciectomy? Is diabetes anything to do with this?

    It's a surgical procedure for something called Dupytren's contracture, which is a condition that's fairly common in people with diabetes.

     

    When I don't know an answer to a question, I Google it -- and in this case, found a good article to read about palmar fasciecotomy titled "Dupuytrens Contracture - Partial Fasciectomy".
