About Me

Potluck Puzzles LLC was born when a Registered Dietitian met a Medical Sales Executive.

Katherine's passion for nutrition education combined with her creative talent led her to come up with the idea for educational puzzle books for nutrition, diabetes and other healthcare issues. Unfortunately, it was just an idea until she met James. James encouraged Katherine to move forward with her idea and with his support, the puzzle books came to life.

James has joined in Katherine's passion to bring these educational puzzle books to diabetes and healthcare communities.

Katherine Mahon is a Registered Dietitian with a Masters Degree in Nutrition. Katherine has been working in nutrition counseling for six years in the greater Boston community.

James Mahon is a Medical Sales Executive and has been working in sales since 1990. James has a background in Diabetes centering around Autonomic Neuropathy.

Our goal is to be the number one puzzle book educational resource for health professionals and the patient community. Our mission is to promote patient involvement and self empowerment.
