I got a box of  IV 3000 tape a couple of weeks ago to keep my CGM in place. It tends to bounce around without it.

I really think that it is a defective box or something because every time I take a shower the tape bubbles up and starts peeling off like snake skin.  So, I proceed to put another piece of IV tape on top of the other one.

The next day I take a shower AND... the same thing happens the tape starts to bubble up again. But this time by the time I notice my shirt is sticking to it all day and the cotton rubbing off on the tape all day ends up looking like this:

Also, because I was out at my father in laws this weekend....I didn't have another piece of tape to put on, and the cgm started to turn, and started falling out. I had to pull out the site because it started pinching and hurting really bad. Good thing it was the 3rd day of wearing it so, I didn't feel as though it was a complete waste of a sensor.

I think I will call Minimed to find out if they can send me another box. Has this happened to anyone else?
