Hello, Im new here. My name is Jennifer. I have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes. It was like "OH NO" at first, but then I was just like ok, so this is just another battle I have to overcome and WIN. I'm not really sure what to eat, and I know that I will definately be looking for some recipies, and I know that I am suppose to stick my finger 2X a day, but other than that, it's beyond me. Simple sugar is not good for me, but what about complex carbs? That is ok, right? In moderation? I know that I am going to have to lose weight, and exercise but that part isn't the problem. I am already walking each day. Plus I have a lot of exercise videos. I just want to make sure that I am around, at least till my daughter grows up. I know that I can conquer this without meds, which I am determined to do. Thanks for listening. Jennifer
