      <description>My Mom is an 80 year old woman who weighs in at a whopping 101 pounds.&amp;nbsp; Last year she had a surgical procudure called the Whipple and has had about 1/4 to 1/3 of her pancreas removed.&amp;nbsp; She is now having blood sgars in the range of 140-190.&amp;nbsp; She has seen a dietician and she recommend counting carbs and not going over 30-45 carbs per meal.&amp;nbsp; I am wondering how she will gain weight.&amp;nbsp; We know that we have to balance the carbs...</description>
