Two years ago, I fell down my staircase and broke my left tibia bone.  Ever since, I have some discomfort walking.  Now a diabetic is supposed to exercise.  This is difficult when ones back hurts and so does her knee where the surgeon has installed a brace on her leg bone to keep the shattered bones together similar to a puzzle.  All I want is some kind of exercise options to my beloved walking the track-which I can't do but for one lap.
