Waking up with blood sugar levels much higher than when I went to bed
I have been experiencing a frustration with wake-up blood sugar levels being much higher than they were when I went to bed. For example, the other evening just before going to bed, my blood sugar was 117 - which I was happy with. When I woke up the next morning, it was 134, which I was not happy with. I have had this kind of experience a number of times and don't have an answer for it. My Dr. says that blood sugar is unpredictable sometimes. I have tried eating something just before going to bed, and that does not seem to have the impact that I am wanting.
