About Me

Active lifestyle: Strong (max bench :120), lift weights, and do cardio : stationery bike, or power walk, or dancing. Type 2 runs in my genes on Dad's and Grandad's side. (Both passed away from diabetic complications.) Using lifestyle and healthy approach at present. I'm high energy, and few would even guess.... Educational Background: Communications Radio/TV, and license in Massage Therapy. We all have to stay informed, and help each other.
