My first test at 2:00 (14:00&amp;nbsp;was 109, and then with 14 minutes of the stationery bike, it was 107.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If I do 30 minutes, I usually see a more substantial change in blood glucose.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;</description>
