I like the idea of putting the cap in the pill keeper.  I am going to use this idea, plus,  I need to get an alarm to let me know when I'm due for an injection.  My schedule is erratic, Don't sleep well sometimes, other nights ok, so I never sleep at the same time or get up at the same time, either, and also take naps if I haven't slept the night before.  I am supposed to take my insulin at set times every day.  I hope this helps me do so.  I'm only 59 so this is not just for "old people" only!

I tried the alarm, but it would go off and I'd think, "I'll go in the house and inject as soon as I finish this article," and then of course I'd forget. Maybe I need a snooze alarm.
