I find it interesting that obstructive sleep apnea is the primary diagnosis for overweight people and it's fairly easy to work with. It took my pulminologist 3 studies to figure out that I didn't have obstructive sleep apnea but rather central sleep apnea which is a brain malfunction not a physical blockage. I have to use a machine called a VPAP or an adaptive servo-ventilator. It's a very nice machine that uses a return line and a sensor that reads my breathing and adjusts all the time.
