Dear Gretchen,

Wonderful! I needed a laugh today, and you certainly gave it to me.

But you forgot one of the most important diets of all. After searching my website (mendosa.com) for it, I finally found it. That wasn't easy, because I mention you on 35 separate pages of my site!

At http://www.mendosa.com/exercise.htm I discuss the "Becker Color Diet" where "You'd give up all white foods (rice, white bread, milk, potatoes)," she wrote. "You'd eat two orange and six green foods every day. You could have red foods on Monday and Friday, blue foods on Tuesday and Thursday, yellow foods on Wednesday and Saturday, and purple foods on Sunday."

That made Sunday a fast day for me! Maybe that's why I lost weight!

I used to be on the SeeFood diet, but after I got diabetes I changed to the SeaSick diet... I only eat foods I'm sick of! :)

Hi Gretchen, you forgot the Addicts diet.  That is where, if it is habit forming you can not EVEN put it in the cart. See you on the laundry soap aisle!

Just make sure the laundry soap you eat isn't breaded and fried. <G>

That can be pretty effective <G>. Just make sure you don't go into starvation mode.
