Diabetes Health in 2008, Tip 1: Avoid Skipping Meals

Eat several small meals a day. Skipping meals because you want to cut calories, or even because you're too busy to eat, just leads to overeating later. Eating three meals a day also helps keep your metabolism going, which means you're burning more calories throughout the day.
