Diabetes Health in 2008, Tip 2: Beware of Soda and Juice

Beware of caloric beverages. Calories from drinks are often forgotten or ignored when counting calories. A can of regular soda or a glass of juice are around 100 calories each. And a couple drinks at your local happy hour can quickly add up to as many calories as a typical meal.
